Hello,  I am Kate

A South African photographer and designer among other things.  I have grown up immersed in art, minoring in Fine Arts at university but also having completed my Honours in Marketing and a degree in Journalism. I love the challenge of creating beautiful images. I have recently returned to my home town of Durban, working primarily in Durban and Jo’burg, South Africa. I love to photograph people and to create a narrative in my images.

This blog is about things that I do and see, never a dull moment. Kate van Onselen Photography is the photography wing of my freelance consulting company Studio KOVO. I like to think that I approach this with vigor and delight.
